1. Does it work for (insert your medical condition here) ?

The FDA does not allow us to make any claims about what CBD Hemp Oil can do or may do for you. But, we can pass along that we have numerous customers using our products regularly for things such as: Cancer, Epilepsy, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, Arthritis, Insomnia, Anxiety, Migraines and so much more.  While CBD doesn't help everyone with their condition, we have many people who return regularly.  The only way you'll know if it will help you is to try it.  (If you need further advice, your doctor or medical practitioner might be able to help.)

2. How much should I take ?

Unfortunately, there is no definitive scientific answer to this. Truly it requires some trial and error to get the right amount for you and your condition. With patience and practice, you should be able to get to that "happy point" in just a few days of working with it.  The approach we recommend is to begin taking a particular amount, twice a day for the first 3-4 days to build it up in your system and so you can truly see what its doing.  After this amount of time, increase or decrease the amount you're taking based on the results you're seeing.

3. How long does it take to work ?

When taking enough, it generally only takes about 20-30 minutes for it become effective.  Most people when first starting out, do not know what to expect and often overlook that it is beginning to help their condition.  Since there is no "high" to report, most people don't know that it is doing anything.  Only after a while do they realize that any pain they may have had is no longer there or not as intense.  The "feeling" is so subtle that usually all that is able to be identified is a subtle calming.  After several uses, many people have reported that they now notice it "taking the edge" off minutes after administering.  But, for most newcomers, they expect a huge change and its just not like that, unless its being used for pain management.  A gentle release of the pain is usually fairly noticeable when taking these products in proper amounts.

4. How do you recommend taking it ?

Insert dropper under your tongue. Pinch / squeeze desired amount. Wait 60-90 seconds. Then swallow.

5. Can I take too much ? ... Will it hurt me ?

We are not doctors and we are not knowledgeable about your particular health condition, so you have to get medical advice from your practitioner. However, what we can say is that typically, its virtually impossible to take too much.  We use the following analogy:  Can you eat too much broccoli?  Well, the answer is yes.  You can.  But, you'd have to eat such an unimaginable amount that its not realistic to think you could truly eat too much broccoli.  The same holds true for these CBD products.  It's not realistic to think you could take too much, but of course, at some level it would be possible.  (Again, please consult your physician regarding your specific situation)

6. Can I take it with "X" Medication ?

Since we are not doctors and we do not your know individual situation, we cannot provide this advice. We CAN tell you that many of our customers have significantly reduced, and even completely got off of, prescription medicines after using these products. (Again, please consult your physician regarding your specific situation)

7. Is it legal where I live? ... Do I need a prescription? ... I've seen in the local news that our state did not legalize CBD Oil. How can it be legal here ?

Rest assured, the products we sell are legal in all 50 States and approximately 40 countries worldwide. It does not require any prescription nor medical card in the United States. If you are in another country, please check your local laws. Many states have begun legalizing CBD Oil from Marijuana; and some states have voted it down. While CBD is CBD and it doesn't matter whether it comes from marijuana or hemp for it to be effective, because marijuana has legal issues, CBD Oil from Marijuana may or may not be legal in your state.  But, CBD Oil from Hemp (our products) IS LEGAL in all 50 states, regardless of your state's laws on marijuana and marijuana CBD Oil.

8. Will I get "high" using it ? ... Is it addictive ?

THC is the compound in cannabis that makes one "high". Our products contain Zero THC. The amount of THC in hemp is so negligible that we're not aware of anyone ever reporting feeling "high".  Also, we have not heard of anyone becoming addicted to CBD Hemp Oil.

9. What's the difference between Hemp and Marijuana ?

Here are a few facts about CBD derived from industrial hemp: Agricultural hemp and medical marijuana both come from the cannabis sativa l. plant. Agricultural hemp, which is often referred to as, "hemp stalk," grows differently than THC containing cannabis, and looks similar to bamboo. THC-producing marijuana plants are grown to an average of 5 feet in height, spaced six to eight feet apart. Agricultural hemp is grown to a height of 10 to 15 feet (or more) before harvest, placed three to six inches apart. Hemp has very little potential to produce high-content THC when pollinated. As long as agricultural hemp plants are pollinated by members of their own crop, the genetics will remain similar with low levels of THC.

10. Is it safe for children and/or pets ?

Again, we cannot administer medical advice. But, we can report that many toddlers are taking these products daily (under Parental consent and supervision) for many of the same medical conditions that teens and adults are using it for. As well, we are aware of numerous pets who take these products daily without any ill effects at all. Only positive effects have been reported.

11. Why is it so expensive ?

The answer to this question lies in the fact that there are many steps and much plant material required to produce the end product. First, a fairly substantial amount of hemp has to be grown, which takes months, to produce enough seeds and stalk to produce a very small amount of hemp extract. Then, the extract has to be extensively tested to ensure its compound make up and its purity. Also, keep in mind that various brands focus on various attributes. For instance, at Buddha Belly Bang, we focus on NOT ONLY CBD, but the FULL SPECTRUM of cannabinoids so our customers get a well rounded blend of organic compound for the best results.

12. What is Industrial hemp & Pharmaceutical Grade hemp ?

Simply put, Industrial Hemp is virtually all the hemp grown in the world today. Non-Industrial hemp would be marijuana. Because of all the cross breeding, there is little delineation between what is a hemp plant and what is a marijuana plant. Industrial hemp is the cannabis plant that is exceptionally low in THC. What we call "Pharmaceutical Grade Hemp" is Industrial Hemp that has been specifically bred to have high levels of cannabinoids and is meticulously grown to ensure exacting and high standards.

13. Does your product taste good ?

Let's first point out that taste is highly subjective. So, what tastes good to one, may not taste good to another. Secondly, let's point out that people don't typically take CBD Hemp products because they're hungry and they want some good tasting food. They're taking it for some degree of well-being and most people who have had their life changed by CBD Hemp Oil couldn't care less how it tastes. At the base of the product is a plant extract from hemp. They all will still have some degree of "plant" or hemlines to them. That's what the product is:  Hemp Oil Extract. It's not a bag of lollipops or ice cream. (This answer is not intended to be as sarcastic as it may seem. It's intended to be light-hearted and humorous. We truly hope you enjoy the products; but more importantly, we hope they bring you the well-being you seek.)

14. My body is very sensitive. Can CBD hemp oil make me sick ?

“I’ve never heard of an instance where CBD oil in and of itself would cause nausea or vomiting or gastrointestinal distress. In fact, it’s quite the contrary – it should ameliorate those symptoms,” says Martin Lee. Lee is the co-founder of Project CBD, a non-profit educational service that has been “dedicated to promoting and publicizing research into the medical utility of cannabidiol (CBD) and other components of the cannabis plant” since 2010; in this role, Lee has interacted personally with many patients using CBD-rich cannabis oil. None of them have reported any "sickness” symptoms. Oil-maker John Erickson agrees: “Only once people take on epic doses (of THC) does it become an adjustment to the psychoactivity – but not a ‘sickness.’ But definitely not from normal amounts, and never from CBD alone.”

15. Will I fail a drug test if I take CBD products ?

The hemp oil in our products contains CBD which is a LEGAL cannabinoid from hemp. It contains minuscule amounts (parts per billion) of THC that COULD show up in a drug screen. Buddha Belly Bang, LLC cannot guarantee that you will or will not pass a drug screen due to the amount of variables involved. Our products contain less than 3% THC (the legal limit). Drug screens vary and some can be more sensitive than others. If you have to take a drug test, it is best to NOT use our products.

16. How should I store my CBD ? ... What is the shelf life ?

For best shelf life, please refrigerate your CBD oil if possible. Otherwise, storing in a cool dark area will assure there is no loss in potency. Don't allow to sit in direct sunlight. If properly stored, CBD oil has approximately a 2 year shelf life !

17. What is your return policy on your CBD products ?

Buddha Belly Bang, LLC will gladly provide you with a full refund on CBD tinctures ONLY if the bottles are still sealed and unopened. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on open or broken seal tincture bottles. Once the seal is broken, we cannot refund you. No exceptions. For the safety of us and our customers, all sales are final.
